• Pelvic floor physical therapy is a specialized form of therapy designed to address issues related to the pelvic floor, including pain, dysfunction, and weakness. It involves targeted exercises, education, and rehabilitation techniques to improve pelvic health.

  • If you are experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction, hip, pelvic or low back pain, you can benefit from PFPT. Do not have any dysfunctions, concerns, but want preventative care and education? PFPT is for you as well.

  • During your initial evaluation, our experienced therapist will take the time to understand your concerns, perform a comprehensive assessment, and discuss a personalized treatment plan to address your specific needs.

  • All sessions are 60 minutes. As Thrive is mobile, we need a few minutes on either end for set-up and take-down.

  • Wear comfortable clothes that don’t restrict any movement.

  • Thrive Pelvic Physical Therapy is a cashed-based, out-of-network practice. There are no hidden costs or fees, and no wondering how much you will owe when you receive a bill. We provide you with a Superbill to submit claims to your insurance company for OON Physical Therapy benefits.

Cashed-based is not limited to paying only with cash. You may pay for services with cash, credit, debit, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA).

  • Yes, if you put in the time and effort. If you are ready to commit, to free yourself from the physical concerns that have limited and/or impacted your life, and commit to the program, you will see amazing results. A significant amount of PF conditions take years to decades to present themselves. Be patient, give yourself grace, commit. And as one of my wise professors in undergraduate college said, “Stay the course” and you will reap the benefits!

  • There are so many reasons, but here are a few.

    • You get more quality, one-on-one time with your physical therapist.

    • Typically, insurance companies only cover so many visits, or cover until you return to a certain level of function. Have you reached that level, but still haven’t achieved your goals, cashed-based PT has got you covered.

    • At Thrive we treat the individual as a whole, not just a diagnosis for one part of the body. Cashed-based gives us the freedom and opportunity to dive deeply into the root cause of your issue, and treat multiple concerns at one time.
