Our goal is to help you regain control, find relief, and improve your overall quality of life. Below is a list of common issues we see, but not an exhaustive list. If you are struggling with something and do not see it below, please reach out and talk with our therapist to see how we can help you. Our areas of expertise include:

Pelvic Pain

We treat any type of pelvic pain. Undiagnosed pelvic pain, diagnoses such as: Interstitial cystitis (IC), endometriosis, vulvodynia, vaginismus, pudendal neuralgia, piriformis syndrome, painful bladder syndrome, and pain with intercourse/penetration.

Hip Pain

Hip, pelvic and low back pain can often go hand-in-hand, overlap, one causing the other, or it may just be the hip itself. We get to the root of your issue to promote optimal healing.

Coccyx Pain

Have you fallen in your past and have tailbone pain? Did your tailbone just start hurting? Does your tailbone hurt when you are sitting down, or to go from a seated position to standing? There is help for this.

Pregnancy-related pain/dysfunction

Pain and discomfort experienced during pregnancy is common. There are many ways to help navigate you through your pregnancy as pain free as possible and optimizing your function.

Postpartum

Preventative care is often over-looked and not received due to several limitations.  This is one of the beauties of cashed-based practice. Preventative care can help decrease your risk of developing issues in the future, and/or equipping you with tools to use early after giving birth. Postpartum recovery is important to help mom during the fourth trimester and beyond. Common postpartum issues may include back pain, neck pelvic pain, incontinence, prolapse, heaviness in your pelvic floor.

Urinary and Bowel Issues

Leakage of any amount of urine or feces is too much.  We treat Urinary Incontinence (UI) including Urge UI, Stress UI, or Mixed UI, pain with urination, difficulty starting the flow of urine, and constipation.

Neck and Back Pain

Many people experience back pain within their lifetime.  We perform a thorough initial and continual assessment through your course of care to treat the driver of your discomfort. We work with you to set specific, attainable, functional goals to help you get back to living your life!

The treatment plan

Every individual who seeks care will receive a customized treatment plan that combines evidence-based techniques, education, and exercise to address their specific needs. Our therapist will guide you every step of the way, ensuring that you feel empowered to take charge of your pelvic health journey.
